THE VIGNOBLE OF THE WINE FIELD MAISON JAMBON

The VINS domain MAISON JAMBON opens its doors in 2019 to the production of organic wine with the creation of the company VIGNOBLES JAMBON on an area of 8 hectares spread over 3 appellations and two wines of vines:
– Beaujolais Villages Blanc, and Rouge
– Brouilly « The New Houses »
– Burgundy Blanc, Chardonnay
– Gamaret grape wine
– Grape wine Pinot Noir

This type of crop leads us to no longer use organic molecules and we are embarking on the path of restructuring and soil modification, with herbicides becoming « persona non grata » for the greatest biodiversity.
The production of organic wines thus promotes the interaction between species, soil life, the sustainability of animal and plant species and their natural ecosystems

This passage in BIO of part of the FIELD OF VINS MAISON JAMBON is for us a way to revive the viticulture as it was in the time of our grandfather and to get closer to the village society.
Finally, it is also a way of transmitting to our children something of « Living ».
