NOZ: Arômes floraux comme la violette évoluant sur des arômes de fruits à chair blanche (pêches) et de fruits exotiques.
Hey, hey, hey, hey. Très expressif en matière de saveurs. On note le déploiement de certains arômes comme le zeste d’orange, l’abricot confit, les fleurs blanches et le jasmin. Gastronomy: Il s'accorde aussi bien à l’apéritif, en entrée avec des asperges, des avocats qu’accompagnant un poulet, une blanquette de porc, de poissons, des moules, du rouget, des escargots, également un brie, camembert.

Retention: entre 2 et 4 ans
Field: Nous sommes vignerons depuis 5 générations sur la commune de Saint-Lager au pied de la célèbre Chapelle de Brouilly. Nous produisons également ; Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Chiroubles, Fleurie, Morgon, Moulin à Vent, Régnié, sans oublier le Beaujolais Villages, les vins blancs, rosés et effervescents. Notre Domaine obtient la consécration en 2016 avec le Chiroubles 2015 élu Meilleur Gamay du Monde. Soucieuse du respect de l’environnement, la MAISON JAMBON s’engage dans la production et commercialisation de vins blanc et rouge biologiques (collection « PURE »)
